Build a basement, surround it with air pipes. Circulate air from garden/outside to down below to cool air. Then circulate it back to house to have a cooling effect without air con. The same system can warm house during winter too.
pile up roof/walls with natural rock/clay pieces forming an insulation while having small natural gaps among the piles. This structure can keep ambient in the room constant through out the year.
